Education Tips:
1) In exams, show your work
Always show your work. Give enough detail so that both you and the grader can tell what you're trying to do. Even if you can do the problem in your head, don't. If you're wrong, you get a zero; if you're right, you could be suspected of cheating.

2) Attempt all the questions
Attempt all the questions in an examination! The marker may often give you bonus marks if he feels that you have a general understanding of the problem, even if you haven't explicitly answered the question. However, he can give you nothing for an empty space.

3) Understand the work
Try to understand the work, rather than memorizing it. You will find that once you understand it, you will remember everything automatically.
