Cooking Tips:
1) Never fry with essential fats
The high temperatures required to fry foods convert essential fatty acids into toxic substances which can damage your health. Although saturated fats are bad for cholesterol and not great for your health, they are stable at high temperatures, and will cause less harm than frying with essential fats.
Rather pour essential fats over your food or mix them up as part of a salad dressing.

2) peeling veg in the sink?
When peeling veg in the sink, put a colinder in the sink first. This saves peelings from clogging up your plug hole and is an easy way to wash veg and transfer peelings into the bin.
