"When you practice your darts, don't just idly throw your darts, CONCENTRATE on each throw, the average time it takes to throw all three darts is anywhere between 15 secs and 30 secs, lets face it, that isn't alot of time for you to STAY FOCUSED
When you throw, you should be in a steady, comfortable position, both feet flat on the floor. LOCK your eyes on the exact spot where you want the dart to land, when you have thrown the dart, your hand, arm, shoulder and dart should be pointing to that spot where your eyes are looking.
